Discussion Post #2 – General Discussion Thread

by Grace4Ayla on August 20, 2014

It’s been a crazy few days for all of us who follow the Ayla Blogs. Here are some items of interest to discuss:Let’s talk about Machiasport. Let’s really tear into and dissect every word of Trista’s story about what happened that morning.

Did everyone see Jeff throw Carmine Fazzi under the bus? Here is part of his comment from last night:

Kitty, for what it’s worth; After reading your comments and given the choice between Carmine’s version of your phone call and yours, I would believe you. Suffice to say, If you ever met Carmine in person you would understand why. However, your not going to get any answers from the Fazzi’s, only the ones you want to hear and it does not excuse your reasons for calling in the first place.

Finally, what is really going on with the closing of the blogs? I might have some inside information about this, so come and join the discussion!

Thank you for supporting Justice For Ayla.

I did see Jeff throw Carmine under the bus. Why did Jeff comment at all, if he knew it was going to come to this? Better still, who are all these people who email Jeff every time an issue arises, and why?

If you have inside information, Grace, please post it.

Grace4Ayla August 20, 2014 at 5:25 pm

I will publish, as soon as I confirm a few details.

So, I thought Trista overheard the whole conversation? Since Jeff heard this through her, is he saying that he thinks Trista lied to him about what Carmine said to McKee over the phone?

If they still consider Trista their “daughter”, they are not going to be happy about Jeff’s remarks. I wish McKee would call them back and have a long conversation with them. I think it would be very informative.

Anonymous August 20, 2014 at 5:31 pm

Who knows?
I’m more interested in this:

” However, your not going to get any answers from the Fazzi’s, only the ones you want to hear and it does not excuse your reasons for calling in the first place.”

What? I don’t know what that means.

Grace4Ayla August 20, 2014 at 5:59 pm

To me it sounds like another CYA, like Jeff is saying…”dont believe the Fazzi’s”, in case McKee does re-contact them. The last part is Jeff being a douche.

A1 August 20, 2014 at 5:42 pm

Thank you Grace for opening another place for discussion.

It’s not surprising that Jeff’s account of the Fazzi conversation was less than honest.

Grace4Ayla August 20, 2014 at 6:01 pm

A1, my friend! Glad to see you here! How have you been, I have so missed chatting with you!

No, I am not surprised at all at Jeff’s backtracking. I knew McKee would never post anything untrue. Tell her to get her butt over here!

Grace4Ayla August 20, 2014 at 6:12 pm

What do you all think about Tori “cleansing” the blog, yet again? I bet all the comment’s about the Fazzi’s will disappear.

Grace4Ayla August 21, 2014 at 2:38 am

Most will find it hard to stay on the surface today with the Moon in Cancer opposing Pluto in Capricorn. We’re ripping out the kitchen floor here – it seems appropriate.

Power, control, death and family inheritance are the themes of the day.

People appear to oppose each other. Deep down, what they want is strikingly similar.

It does not seem the volcano will erupt today, but it’s certainly rumbling.

Can you feel this?

Grace4Ayla August 22, 2014 at 6:25 pm

OK, Machiasport. I think it is interesting that Trista was “passing by” Waterville just before or as Justin was phoning the police and I will tell you why.

First, we know from Trista that she spoke with Justin on Thursday and asked him if he was going to take Ayla to her doctor’s appointment scheduled for the next day. He told her no. This directly contradicts Tori’s claim that the roommates were told by Justin he missed the appointment because of a hangover. So either Tori lied, or Justin did, and frankly neither suggestions surprise me. This also precipitated Trista filing the PR&R, the final straw as it were.

Second, what better time to make an impromptu visit with Ayla than early on a Saturday morning, before Justin had time to get “busy” with Ayla. She said that she told Justin she would call him after her Machiasport trip. She probably did this to relax him because of the “threats” he had been receiving from Jessica’s phone.

This also explains the rushed cleanup. And the fifty minute delay in calling police. That’s too long if you just found your daughter missing, and too short if you are cleaning up a crime scene. What if Trista stopped by at 8:00 am demanding to see Ayla? Justin tells her she’s been kidnapped and Trista accuses him of hiding Ayla. She leaves and Justin has no choice but to now call the cops, but not until a hasty cleanup is done. They decide to claim Ayla was in Phoebe’s room (hence the call to Phoebe) and hope the police don’t look downstairs.

This would explain several comments by Jessica (before the blood was found) about this being all a big game.

This would also explain why Trista didn’t want to answer her phone that morning. She was probably on it making plans or venting about Justin, and couldn’t be bothered with her dad calling. She didn’t think Justin had the guts to call the police. I realize I’m saying that Robert Fortier is lying, but nothing about that story makes any sense.

He claims that Trista and the baby were in the back seat (actually he never mentioned the baby which I find strange but Jeff says Little Ray was there) and Trista was asleep. Her phone went off for THIRTY minutes so he finally decided to answer it. Now most babies fall asleep in a car, so if Trista was asleep I would assume the baby was, so why didn’t the ringing phone wake him up? Wasn’t Robert worried about that? Then, as McKee pointed out, after Ron’s emotional performance, he blew up Trista’s phone for thirty minutes before ROBERT answered it. Why didn’t he just call Robert? Wouldn’t he have known by then who Trista was with? Jessica would have known, since she supposedly stayed all night with Trista at the Maine motel.

Why would Trista leave if Justin couldn’t produce Ayla, and especially if he told her Ayla was kidnapped?

Grace4Ayla August 27, 2014 at 8:41 pm

Sorry I haven’t answered this, I’ve been traveling for a few days.

Trista may have thought he was bluffing. She may have thought he was “playing games”.

Anonymous August 28, 2014 at 12:38 am

I hope you had happy travels.

Can you explain your “what if” post, please? I don’t know what it means.

Grace4Ayla August 28, 2014 at 1:20 am

It means someone may be talking to the police about what happened to Ayla. I can’t say too much more than that at this time. As soon as arrests are made, I will spill all the details.

Thanks! It wasn’t a long drive and I am spending time with my adorable granddaughter!

Dana B. August 28, 2014 at 1:36 am

I think I would be worried the helper would be giving me up for a plea deal.

Grace4Ayla August 28, 2014 at 1:48 am

I would too. I wonder where Obscure is these days?

Anonymous August 28, 2014 at 2:26 am

Can’t you give a hint? I still don’t know what or who you’re talking about.

Grace4Ayla August 28, 2014 at 3:15 am

Not publicly, I can’t. I’m sorry.

Grace4Ayla August 28, 2014 at 10:08 pm

Ugh. I thought Jeff had given up the “anonymity” of blogging? Everywhere I look I still see his words.

I guess he doesn’t realize that we all see right through the “Pennyauntie” charade.

Give it up Jeff..

Curious August 29, 2014 at 10:37 am

They don’t have the same writing style.

Grace4Ayla August 29, 2014 at 9:40 pm

You don’t think so? I think they do.. There is just something about how Penny writes that reminds me of Jeff.. I can’t figure out what it is.. When I do, I will let you know..

Curious August 30, 2014 at 11:19 am

Penny is an excellent writer, even though I don’t like the content. Jeff is not.

A1 August 29, 2014 at 12:04 am

Interesting new post Grace.
Leaves a few things to ponder.

Grace4Ayla August 29, 2014 at 4:12 am

Do you have my email address? I would love to talk this over with you.

A1 August 29, 2014 at 8:33 pm

I sincerely appreciate your trust and confidence in me Grace.

I recently commented that I wished people who had any information at all, (or even thought they did), would just be open, honest, and straightforward..
Grace, if you have any information at all pertaining to Ayla’s case, or a theory, a thought, as long as it doesn’t hinder the investigation, bring it up for discussion.
There are many intelligent minds out here that want to help and promote justice.
The behind the scenes e-mailing and speculating have caused so much animosity and mistrust amongst Ayla supporters. I think we would all fare better if things were discussed openly.
That’s my opinion Grace, and in stating it, I absolutely, in no way at all, am implying anything negative towards you.
I hope you understand.

Grace4Ayla August 29, 2014 at 9:39 pm

I do have new information, theories and thoughts, but until I have definite proof, I do not want to publicly accuse anyone of anything. I think there has been enough of that too. I think the DiPietro’s would agree. I respect your opinion however, and as soon as I am able, I will post the information and I hope to hear your thoughts on the matter.

Dana B. September 2, 2014 at 1:40 am

Just a thought, if Justin is responsible for whatever happened to Ayla Reynolds. Who is the person responsible for putting Ayla in harms way?

Dana B. September 4, 2014 at 12:00 am

After all, wouldn’t everyone want not only the person that disappeared Ayla prosecuted, but also the one that caused her to be in Justin’s care prosecuted as well? Wouldn’t that be true Justice for Ayla?

Grace4Ayla September 4, 2014 at 12:21 am

I’m not sure what you mean, Dana. Are you talking about DHS or Trista? If DHS put Ayla in Justin’s care without properly investigating the accusations made against him, they would be responsible for putting Ayla in harm’s way. IF she died from abuse. Or, conversely, if Trista was aware of abuse and looked the other way, she could be considered responsible. Again, unless DHS put Ayla in Justin’s care (and I don’t believe they did, they merely allowed him to exercise his parental rights), no one could legally be held responsible.

Hope that helps.

Dana B. September 4, 2014 at 12:34 am

I wasn’t referring to anyone in particular. Just thinking that it would seem logical to want whoever was responsible for causing her to be with him prosecuted as well.

Dana B. September 4, 2014 at 12:36 am

Actually who else besides DHHS could be considered negligent?

Anonymous September 4, 2014 at 12:42 am

Grace4Ayla September 4, 2014 at 12:55 am

What makes you say that? About Phoebe I mean?

Dana B. September 4, 2014 at 12:56 am

How she didn’t place Ayla with Justin, and there have been no charges of abuse.

Grace4Ayla September 4, 2014 at 5:18 am

She who? I think I’m getting confused! lol

Dana B. September 4, 2014 at 5:33 pm

I asked who else could be charged with negligence anon said Phoebe and I asked how they could charge her.

Anonymous September 5, 2014 at 10:22 pm

How could Phoebe be charged? How could DHHS? Even if DHHS acted outside their authority, which I don’t believe, TRISTA agreed to let Justin keep Ayla after she got out of rehab. She has stated this fact.

Grace4Ayla September 6, 2014 at 2:39 am

The only way Phoebe could be charged with negligence is if she knew Ayla was injured and failed to get her help, although if that turns out to be the case, I think they could charge her for something more serious than that.

A1 September 6, 2014 at 1:40 am

Hi Grace,

I was wondering if your “What If” post has anything to do with this comment that you made?
“Finally, what is really going on with the closing of the blogs? I might have some inside information about this, so come and join the discussion!”

Grace4Ayla September 6, 2014 at 2:37 am

Yes, A1, it does.

Dana B. September 6, 2014 at 1:49 pm

Grace the thread is messed up again.
